About the position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager, Sales Operations, to play a key role in optimizing our sales processes and supporting the sales team. You will be responsible for managing sales data, analyzing performance metrics, streamlining processes, developing training, and managing enablement tools that support the sales team. This individual will collaborate closely with sales leadership, strategy & operations, analytics, and other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support and improve sales effectiveness by bringing sales performance metrics to life through owning sales data, analysis, and visualization.
  • Utilize CRM, excel, and SQL mastery in analyzing sales performances metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and craft improvement narratives in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Generate automation in reporting framework, process, and dashboards providing insight into performance and supporting forecasting and planning activities by providing a timely source of truth for all internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, collaborating with sales leadership to ensure new business creation and deal velocity is tracking beyond targets.
  • Collaborate with growth, analytics, and sales leadership to define territories, conversion guidance, quotas, compensation planning, and business targets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements while developing training content to support team members on tools, systems, and process, all aimed at driving efficiency and effectiveness of our sales motion.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members and drive administration of tools, meeting cadence and content, and helping support sales preparedness.
  • Build collaborative relationships with senior leadership, manage competing priorities, and exceeding expectations to drive organizational change initiatives and remove obstacles hindering constructive change.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Expert knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and enablement tools (outreach, gong, salesloft, etc.)
  • Advanced excel, PowerPoint, SQL skills
  • Strong facilitation and project management skills
  • Proven track record of creating and automating repeatable processes
