About the position

The Manager, Sales Operations at 1WorldSync is a pivotal role responsible for driving efficiency and optimizing processes within the sales operations team. This position supports the North America and EMEA revenue teams by developing and executing a comprehensive operations plan that aligns with the organization's growth objectives. The role involves reporting and analytics, establishing key metrics, and ensuring forecast accuracy to enhance sales efficiency and alignment across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast roll-ups across all business units and global revenue teams.
  • Build a deep understanding of Netsuite and partner with the business systems and finance teams.
  • Regularly monitor existing customer assignments, ensuring every account is owned by a designated sales representative at all times.
  • Provide data-driven insights into sales territory assignment to maximize the potential of existing customers and addressable market.
  • Support and assist with Annual Planning execution (OKR/KPI development, segmentation, portfolio/territory definition).
  • Sales Administration - need to build this out more.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 5+ years of business experience in analytics, business intelligence, operations, marketing, sales, customer success, sales ops and/or finance in SaaS organizations.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales operations initiatives and driving measurable results to meet sales goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM, business intelligence and sales/marketing systems, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. NetSuite and Ironclad skills are a plus.
  • Experience working across multiple types of sales cycles including enterprise, mid-market, transactional, and digital sales.
  • Highly effective in all forms of communication: Presentation, email, video, etc.
