About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Cambria is responsible for maximizing efficiency and enhancing the user experience of systems utilized by both internal and external customers, primarily focusing on Salesforce and The Cambria Exchange. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, administering system enhancements, promoting user adoption, and shaping the technology roadmap to align with current trends.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business partner to the Sales team.
  • Optimize Salesforce configurations to enhance sales productivity and simplify processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to establish and refine performance metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Redefine and optimize territorial distribution for comprehensive market coverage and increased sales efficiency.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges, suggesting system improvements.
  • Work with the Sales team to identify and rectify knowledge and skill gaps, ensuring ongoing development and training.
  • Create and administer training for existing or new users/groups.
  • Provide one-on-one training to end users on an ongoing basis.
  • Expand the use of Salesforce.com and The Cambria Exchange by exploring new applications of these systems.
  • Communicate regularly with the user base regarding new features and enhancements.
  • Analyze data to identify sales performance gaps and manage pipeline and forecasting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage Salesforce governance and reporting.
  • Lead a team of two, including the primary Salesforce administrator and the Sales territory analyst.
  • Act as the company Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Salesforce.com and The Cambria Exchange.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce Classic and Lightning administration experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, Salesforce AI, Oracle ERP, and basic eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Team player with a positive 'Can-do' attitude.
  • Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality.
  • Proficient in standard office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data, and software applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein is preferred but not required.
