About the position

The Sales Operations Manager at Centric Brands plays a crucial role in managing order files for various accounts and brands, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of purchase orders. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the order pool for specific brands and accounts, ensuring all bulks are in SAP and confirmed POs are received 30 days prior to start ship.
  • Enter bulks once account orders are confirmed and ensure they are removed once confirmed POs come in.
  • Ensure accuracy of units, prices, delivery dates, etc.
  • Work with accounts on monthly move-ups to early ship styles to meet budget goals.
  • Review oversold list and collaborate with Sales team and Customer Ops to manage by account.
  • Manage POE list and details in alignment with the Production team, tracking containers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence, resolving issues regarding purchase orders and item setups.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations, coordinating with various departments to manage requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with EDI is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
