As a Sales Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support Sales Operations in regards to metrics, systems tools, processes, and projects. You will utilize your communication skills, high energy level, and attention-to-detail to support a fast-paced sales infrastructure. This role is crucial in ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools and information to succeed, and it involves a deep understanding of sales processes and operational support. You will be expected to manage and ensure regional sales forecast accuracy, understand and analyze complex financial data, and provide sales operations reporting to various department managers. Additionally, you will manage the overall CRM process, including forecasting, reporting, and internal training, while also assisting in areas such as commissions, P&L, and budgeting.
