Responsibilities

• Facilitate process improvement efforts while ensuring high-quality service and support to clients and members.
• Draft and review communications and assist with process documentation reviews.
• Handle general reporting requests and dashboard creation, including Teams metrics and special project tracking.
• Identify opportunities and take action with minimal prompting as a self-starter.
• Work off-hours and weekends as needed to ensure continuous support and coverage for ad hoc reporting or communication needs.
• Partner across the enterprise with subject matter experts in multiple functional areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with SFDC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a process quality mindset.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and manage time effectively in a multi-project team-oriented environment.
