About the position

As the Manager of Sales Planning & Data Strategy at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will play a crucial role in the Customer Center of Excellence, focusing on enhancing the National Retail Sales team's business management processes. This position involves managing the Enterprise Data Strategy Budget, ensuring effective collaboration between headquarters and the salesforce, and driving data strategy initiatives. You will be responsible for improving decision-making processes, conducting ROI analyses, and maintaining relationships with various internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Enterprise Data Strategy Budget to maximize the value of KDP purchase data across the organization.
  • Implement supplier relationship management practices and hold data vendors accountable to KPIs tied to value creation.
  • Lead continual ROI analysis and supplier rationalization efforts as business needs change.
  • Work closely with Accounting/Finance for accurate record keeping and budgeting.
  • Liaise with data vendors to ensure timely and accurate data delivery for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales team business management cadences for efficient planning meetings.
  • Develop and communicate agendas, timelines, and presentation templates for sales meetings.
  • Build tools and reports to ensure consistency in reviewing sales and financials across teams.
  • Consolidate and communicate key actions and topline plan updates.
  • Own and maintain the sales team shipment forecasting process, providing training and support to Sales and RGM teams.
  • Provide ad-hoc business modeling for strategic planning and business activities.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders across all departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data strategy and budget management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales planning and data strategy within a commercial organization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
