About the position

The Manager of Sales Programs & Analytics at Omni Hotels & Resorts is responsible for leading the development and execution of sales initiatives and strategies aimed at optimizing performance across various channels. This role involves overseeing sales programs, generating actionable insights from data, and ensuring alignment with company-wide goals to drive sales effectiveness and support leadership in decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales programs with the Field that support organizational objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across various sales business segments.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor and optimize sales performance.
  • Support goal-setting process and tracking with Global and above-property Transient teams involving data-driven reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, revenue management, operations) to ensure sales programs align with overall business strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Management of external sales solution vendors (Cvent, Knowland).
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports.
  • Special event reporting and tracking as well as larger sales initiatives.
  • Participate in weekly meetings, monthly sales meetings, and ad-hoc meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PPT, Power BI).
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales programs and delivering data-driven insights.
  • Ability to communicate issues and concerns at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative and strategic skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and reprioritize when necessary.
  • Strong understanding and expertise in the sales process as it relates to Global and Hotel.
