We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our Occupier Real Estate Division, focusing on the corporate occupier and lease accounting software market. This position is ideal for someone with at least 10-15 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives selling business-to-business SaaS software solutions. The successful applicant will possess a competitive nature and take a solution-oriented approach to sales. We are looking for an individual who has built and grown sales teams and brings energy and passion to their role as a mentor and coach. Experience within the Property Management or Lease Accounting sector is advantageous. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving or overachieving financial targets, developing and executing strategies for business results tied to the overall sales strategy, and attracting and retaining top talent within the sales team. You will drive high activity by conducting team prospecting sessions with your direct reports and ensure that each team member is capable of developing and maintaining C-level relationships. Your leadership will be crucial in effectively communicating the North American Occupier Strategy and coaching your direct reports regularly. You will also collaborate cross-departmentally with Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Legal to assist your team in negotiating pricing and contractual terms to close sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting all opportunities based on MRI Software's sales model and opportunity management definitions.
