Your primary focus will be on enabling teams to achieve their highest potential by promoting self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will facilitate the Agile process and serve as a servant leader, guiding our development teams through the entire software development lifecycle. This position is essential in fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization. In this role, you will serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
