We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Lead to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Development Lead at PriceLabs, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within the enterprise segment. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 5-6 years of experience in sales development. The working hours for this role will be from: 5:00 P.M. to 1:30 A.M. IST. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential enterprise clients in the hospitality industry. You will develop, execute, and refine targeted outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers. Your role will involve conducting outbound outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system. A significant aspect of your role will be to manage and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This includes recruiting, training, mentoring, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews to ensure the team meets its objectives. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment that drives results and supports the overall sales strategy of PriceLabs.
