About the position

The Manager/Senior Manager of Growth Marketing at BlinkRx is responsible for accelerating the adoption of pharma services among Health Care Providers. This role involves collaborating with various teams to launch new partnerships and drive prescription growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The position directly impacts revenue by activating new providers and enhancing Blink's market share across over 50 pharmaceutical partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategic marketing plans for new pharma launches, including multi-channel account-based CRM campaigns.
• Monitor, optimize, and measure data-driven growth marketing tactics to drive prescription growth post-launch.
• Manage relationships with marketing functions at Brand teams, advising on best practices for integrating BlinkRx into their marketing capabilities.
• Build a launch playbook and assets to streamline go-to-market capabilities for launch brands.
• Create content to educate and activate Health Care Providers and field teams about BlinkRx's value proposition.
• Establish scalable strategies to support client success teams in maintaining relationships with pharma clients.
• Develop, test, and iterate on strategic B2B marketing campaigns to support lead generation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, including 3+ years in pharma or healthcare marketing.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful results through growth marketing initiatives.
• Experience activating providers and partnering with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex value propositions clearly.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Experience managing internal and external creative teams.
