About the position

The Manager, Senior Sales Engineer HVAC position at LG Electronics is a pivotal role focused on shaping and executing sales strategies to establish LG Air Solutions as a leader in the HVAC market. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of HVAC solutions in key projects, all while leveraging bilingual communication skills in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, enhancing LG's market leadership in HVAC solutions.
  • Seek out and capitalize on new sales opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert technical support on HVAC products and technologies, serving as a knowledgeable resource for clients.
  • Oversee sales projects, offering regular updates and ensuring timely follow-up to drive project success.
  • Address and resolve technical issues related to product delivery, onsite installation, and other inquiries from customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the U.S. subsidiary and HQ counterparts, facilitating communication, aligning strategies, and ensuring consistency across all operations.
  • Independently create and deliver regular reports to leadership and stakeholders, providing insights into sales performance, project status, and market trends.
  • Utilize fluency in Korean and English to effectively communicate with Korean companies' factory projects in the U.S.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in HVAC sales, including significant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving substantial business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; strong project management abilities; and a strategic, creative mindset.
  • In-depth understanding of HVAC products and technologies.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
