Disney is seeking an SEO Marketing Manager for its Disney+ streaming service. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully launching and optimizing a large-scale SEO program, managing multiple large projects simultaneously, effectively collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed global organization, establishing and tracking results against KPIs, and presenting to a broad range of stakeholders and senior leadership. As SEO Marketing Manager you will lead the development and execution of the global Disney+ SEO program and contribute to The Walt Disney Company’s broader SEO efforts. The primary focus of this role will be to optimize the organic search experience for Disney+-related keywords and capture organic search demand relating to Disney+ and Disney+ bundles. You will track and analyze a high volume of keywords, assist in the creation of search-optimized content, and run tests to increase reach and maximize conversion of our organic search traffic. You will partner with SEO leads located in EMEA, APAC, CA, and LATAM to ensure that regional and local market objectives are met and manage the relationship and output of our SEO agency. You will collaborate closely with the Disney+ Paid Media, Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Brand and Content Marketing teams, and Product and Engineering teams to improve the efficiency of paid search and performance of Disney+ in organic search. You will also maintain an expert-level understanding of the latest industry trends, best practices, and search engine algorithm changes.
