About the position

The Manager of Sales and Service Enablement at Graco is responsible for driving the development and execution of customer enablement strategies, including product vision, strategy, roadmap, and full product lifecycle management. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience through a command center that integrates sales and service CRM, B2B marketing, customer feedback tools, eLearning platforms, and sales applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tools and resources that empower customers to effectively use Graco's products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate and execute a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the customer enablement command center.
  • Understand Graco's customer, segment, and industry enablement needs to exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from launch to decline.
  • Conduct research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
  • Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customer service, technical support, sales, and marketing teams to align on enablement strategies.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback for data-driven improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 individual contributors.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, focusing on customer enablement products.
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Strong understanding of customer enablement technologies such as Salesforce, Pardot, Seismic, and Qualtrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
