About the position

As a Shopper Marketing Manager at Diageo, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of Shopper Marketing strategies that drive brand growth for our extensive portfolio at key accounts within the Grocery channel. Collaboration will be key as you work with agencies and vendors to develop compelling marketing materials and content that engage target audiences. You will monitor and analyze the effectiveness of shopper marketing programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies will be crucial to keeping our shopper marketing strategies ahead of the curve. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a related field, preferably within the spirits or CPG industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful shopper marketing campaigns and critical initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
