About the position

The Integrated Supply Site Manager at Vallen is responsible for driving program growth and managing day-to-day activities at a customer's location. This role involves providing leadership to onsite teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales and profitability goals, and managing the financial performance of the integrated supply site. The position emphasizes the importance of customer relationships and operational excellence in achieving Vallen's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer team(s) providing Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manages staff duties including interviewing, selecting, hiring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates while enforcing company policies and productivity standards.
• Ensures sales and profitability goals for local integrated supply site(s) are achieved.
• Drives contractual customer commitments at local integrated supply site.
• Demonstrates urgency in customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Effectively manages P&L (Profit & Loss) statement of local integrated supply site ensuring that site meets or exceeds budgeted goals.
• Ensures local integrated supply customer pays Vallen according to contractual payment terms.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance) and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of staff management experience with a proven track record as a team leader.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing applications for cost savings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial and business acumen; strong understanding of P&L management.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
