Smoosh Cookies is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Managers at our Plantation location. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of our brand and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will play a key role in fostering a friendly and efficient work environment, where team members can thrive and grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with at least two years of experience in a similar role. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure. Your responsibilities will include maintaining kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment in a clean and orderly condition, stocking inventory, and ensuring quality control of all menu items. You will also be responsible for training new staff and providing direct coaching to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance within the company. We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, friendly, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, as weekend availability is a must. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Valid ServSafe Food Manager certification
