We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Manager of Social Media Analytics to join Scholastic's Digital Services division. Our division partners across all lines of business - Book Fairs, Book Clubs, Education Solutions, Entertainment, and Trade Publishing - to develop sophisticated data and digital strategies that strengthen our connection with readers, educators, and parents / families around the world. This role sits within the Data and Analytics Team, which serves as the center of excellence for data and analysis at Scholastic. This role will primarily support the Unified Social Media team, and the person in this role will serve as the analyst meant to provide insights to grow our social media presence. The team is dedicated to fostering engagement across our social media channels and driving traffic to our website. As the Manager of Social Media Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing analytics strategies to measure the performance of organic social media content and utilizing social listening to understand our audience's preferences and sentiments. You will be a self-starter who is proactive in utilizing insights to influence the team and our stakeholders, ensuring our content continues to engage and inspire.
