As the Manager of Social Media & Brand Marketing at AWAL, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the social and content strategy aimed at promoting AWAL Core, which is designed for high-quality artists in the early stages of their careers. This position requires a deep understanding of brand strategy and social media dynamics, as you will oversee all AWAL digital properties, including social platforms, the website, and the blog. You will collaborate closely with artists and internal teams to produce branded events and activations that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand presence. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining AWAL's brand tone of voice, ensuring that all communications reflect our values and mission. You will brainstorm and implement innovative AWAL-branded content series, tailored for each social media channel, and manage social media content calendars in collaboration with the design team to support various campaigns. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you utilize analytics tools to create performance reports that inform our social strategy and help us stay ahead of emerging trends in the industry. Additionally, you will work with internal teams to compile and promote key artist and songwriter projects, company achievements, and press coverage. You will conceptualize and collaborate with senior leadership to produce branded events at industry conferences, track submissions for industry awards, and assist in media outreach on behalf of the AWAL brand and its executives. This multifaceted role requires a passionate storyteller who can communicate creatively and manage project collaborators effectively, all while maintaining a strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
