As the Manager of Social Media & Brand Marketing, you will oversee the AWAL brand strategy and social media strategy, managing all AWAL digital properties including social platforms, website, and blog. You will work directly with artists and internal teams to produce AWAL branded events and activations, and alongside the Head of PR, oversee AWAL's participation and submission for industry events, awards, and conferences. Your responsibilities will include crafting and maintaining our brand tone of voice, brainstorming and implementing new AWAL-branded content series optimized for each channel, and overseeing social media content calendars while collaborating with the design team to support social campaigns. You will also be responsible for posting and scheduling content across multiple platforms, using analytics tools to create social performance reports, and staying on top of emerging social and industry trends. Additionally, you will work with internal teams to compile and promote key artist/songwriter projects, company achievements, awards, and press coverage. Conceptualizing and working directly with internal teams and senior leadership to produce AWAL branded events and activations at industry conferences will also be part of your role. You will track and oversee submissions for industry awards on behalf of AWAL and assist in media/partner outreach on behalf of the AWAL brand and its executives, producing brand advertisements.
