About the position

The Corporate Communications team at Vanguard plays a crucial role in ensuring that the company's story is communicated with clarity, relevance, and humanity across various audiences and channels. We are currently seeking a Manager of Social Media Content & Strategy (M3) to join our Corporate Social Media team. This position is a player-coach role, where you will lead a talented group of content strategists, writers, and designers who are responsible for enhancing Vanguard's social media presence. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison and relationship manager for some of our most important internal clients. In this role, a passion for developing and implementing a data-driven social media strategy is essential. You will be responsible for connecting with various audiences and telling engaging stories that resonate with them. Your expertise will be vital in counseling others on how social media can be leveraged to achieve their business goals. Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in social media will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that Vanguard remains at the forefront of effective communication strategies.

Responsibilities
