As the Manager of Social Media for L'Oreal Paris Hair, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's online presence and engagement strategies. This position is based in Hudson Yards, NYC, and reports directly to the VP of Marketing. L'Oreal has a rich history of over a century in the beauty industry, and our mission is to democratize beauty while ensuring sustainability. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Omni-Shopper, PR, and Digital Marketing, to develop long-term social media strategies that align with divisional business objectives and enhance consumer experiences. Your responsibilities will include crafting innovative strategies to compete in the Hair Care & Color social landscape, identifying new platforms for engagement, and leading influencer strategies. You will be responsible for creating consumer-centric content that resonates with our audience, ensuring that all content aligns with L'Oreal Paris' brand equity and global marketing standards. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales, while also managing relationships with retailers to enhance social content plans. Analytics will be a key component of your role, as you will regularly pull reports to assess the effectiveness of social strategies and content. You will manage the social media budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Your ability to define objectives and set KPIs for social platforms will be crucial in measuring success and adapting strategies based on business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the social media landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive brand love and consumer loyalty.
