You will monitor engagement metrics and other relevant data to continually optimize social media tactics that drive audience engagement and foster positive sentiment. Staying current with trending topics in higher education will be crucial, as you will identify opportunities for Pearson to amplify its voice in important conversations. Additionally, you will be expected to promote a transparent, accessible, and inclusive culture within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices to enhance marketing campaigns across the board. As a Social Media Manager, you will also be responsible for expanding Pearson's reach into new social media platforms, such as TikTok and Pinterest, and serving as a consultant for the broader B2B Marketing team, providing insights on strategy and best practices.
