Responsibilities

  • Manage content creation for clients, including ideation, outlining, drafting, scheduling, and engaging.
  • Oversee social copywriting and basic video editing, contributing personally and reviewing others' work.
  • Implement measurement of campaigns and translate data into digestible and actionable reporting of KPIs.
  • Support social media audits, strategies, and trainings as needed with senior team members.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings, facilitating discussions related to social media work.
  • Recommend new social media ideas to current clients as the role develops.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in social media management or related fields.
  • Proven results in social media content creation, copywriting, editing, and project management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Rival IQ, and Canva.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
