In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, aligning with Frontier's marketing goals and driving key performance indicators. You will oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Additionally, you will work closely with creative services teams to generate multimedia content and be attuned to customer sentiment, cultural trends, and viral moments, allowing you to create timely and relevant content. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback, analyzing social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, and generating reports for marketing and commercial team leaders. You will collaborate with paid teams to execute paid social media campaigns and support influencer and affiliate marketing efforts. As a leader, you will manage and mentor a team of social media professionals, providing guidance and training to ensure the success of our social media initiatives.
