As a Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of cultivating brand advocates and connecting with our customers, enhancing their overall experience with Frontier Airlines. This position is instrumental in developing and executing engaging content that builds our brand and fosters customer loyalty. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, aligning with Frontier's marketing goals and driving key performance indicators. You will oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Additionally, you will work closely with creative services teams to generate multimedia content and be attuned to customer sentiment, cultural trends, and viral moments, allowing you to create timely and relevant content. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback, analyzing social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, and generating reports for marketing and commercial team leaders. You will collaborate with paid teams to execute paid social media campaigns and support influencer and affiliate marketing efforts. As a leader, you will manage and mentor a team of social media professionals, providing guidance and training to ensure the success of our social media initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms that align with Frontier's marketing goals.
  • Oversee, create, and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with Frontier's target audience.
  • Work closely with creative services teams for multi-media content generation.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to marketing and commercial team leaders.
  • Collaborate with paid teams to identify and execute paid social media campaigns.
  • Support influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns to drive revenue and increase bookings.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and create actionable plans for incorporation into Frontier's social media plan.
  • Manage and mentor a team of social media professionals and content producers.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of social media and digital marketing experience required.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Proven track record managing social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior and demographics per unique social media platform.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for expanding organic reach and engagement.
  • Excellent storytelling, content creation, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyze, track, and build reports for social media campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Experience using social scheduling tools like Sprout Social, Loomly, and Later.
  • Experience with social monitoring and listening tools like Meltwater.
  • Experience using video and content production tools like CapCut and Canva.
