Responsibilities

• Supervise Software Development Engineers responsible for Workday and Kronos applications.
• Develop software and application solutions for enterprise human resources systems.
• Execute solutions integrations related to HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
• Utilize Enterprise Application Integration Tools and Platforms.
• Troubleshoot application integration issues using Workday features.
• Create databases using SQL Developer.
• Build reports and data visualizations using Tableau.
• Implement job scheduling capabilities in Workday and related tools.
• Collaborate with business departments to develop functional requirements and technical designs.
• Mentor junior-level team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Five years of experience developing software applications for enterprise systems.
• Three years of experience creating databases using SQL Developer.
• Three years of experience utilizing Tableau to build reports and data visualizations.
• Three years of experience implementing job scheduling using UC-4 and XGears.
