About the position

The Manager, Software Development for Venmo is responsible for leading scrum teams in the delivery of high-quality mobile applications, services, and APIs. Responsibilities

• Manage scrum teams responsible for delivering mobile applications and services for Venmo.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Mobile Development.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams responsible for large-scale mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, and object-oriented programming, particularly MVC and MVVM.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, and web services (GraphQL, REST/JSON).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proven results-oriented focus on customer experience and quality product delivery.
