We are seeking Full Stack Software Engineers who are passionate about marrying data with emerging technologies. As a Capital One Manager Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One. The Case Management team is building a centralized platform for managing various Data Governance Domain concerns, such as Data Quality Issues, rapid identification and remediation of HSHD detection findings, or reviewing Data Retention issues & notifications. Data governance is a common problem within the enterprise and any Line of Business that manages large volumes of data. Our Case Manager application duct will be a deconfliction of all existing workstreams in flight, converging on one standard and creating one platform for Data Governance related concerns. We follow an agile, YBYO (You Build, You Own) approach to software development, delivery, and support. As a People Leader, you will own and be responsible for the delivery of software solutions required by the Case Manager application through various phases of the SDLC (Software Development LifeCycle), from requirements gathering and interacting with stakeholders (Product, partner teams) to reviewing technical feasibility and designing the solution/fix to implementation, testing (unit, integration, regression, e2e, etc..), deployment, and support.
