About The Position

This role of Manager, Software Engineering, is pivotal in driving the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with various cross-functional teams, including architects, product owners, and developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring that features are delivered efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. In this position, you will lead a team of software engineers, guiding them through both technical and non-technical challenges. You will be expected to contribute to development tasks such as coding and feature verifications, assisting teams in meeting their release commitments. Your experience with short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will advocate for best practices in software design and development, ensuring that the team adheres to established standards and methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of the Salesforce.com CRM platform, with experience in developing using Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and integrations with third parties.
