About The Position
The Engineering Manager for Cribl Search will lead and develop a remote-first, diverse, and inclusive team of software developers focused on enhancing the Cribl Search product. This role emphasizes enabling customers to efficiently find and analyze their operational data across various storage mediums without the need for expensive data replication. The manager will be responsible for building a high-performing team that maintains end-to-end ownership of a significant portion of the Cribl Search product stack, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
