The Manager of Software Engineering (ServiceNow) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of complex projects that may involve multiple systems. The manager will be responsible for managing and facilitating technical experts and architects to resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring compliance with various company standards around coding, testing, and documentation of the systems developed. In this role, the manager will guide the transformation of complex business requirements into clear specifications, increasing the understanding of the 'Why' and 'What' aspects of business requirements for the development team. The position also involves developing both short and long-term strategies for the delivery of system objectives in collaboration with technical and business product owners and other partners. Additionally, the manager will lead data management and reporting efforts to promote a stable architecture and a usable platform, ensuring that the solutions provided are not only effective but also sustainable in the long run.
