The Agent Experience team is a full-stack engineering team responsible for Agent Portal, a React-based web application which serves Affirm's team of over 1900 customer service agents and their mission to provide world-class support to Affirm's 15 million customers. We work closely with teams across the company to deliver high impact and mission-critical solutions throughout the Servicing ecosystem.
