As an Engineering Manager on the CLM Obligation Management team, you will play a crucial role in developing new features that help end users identify and create obligation terms within their agreements. This position involves leading a team of full stack engineers and overseeing the delivery of new features, ensuring that they align with the company's vision and product roadmap. In this role, you will coordinate with other engineering managers and teams to engage employees in the development of the product stack. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders to assemble a product roadmap that supports the company's strategic goals. As a people manager, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and guiding your team, while also acting as a technical leader and delivery manager. Your responsibilities will include executing the product roadmap using agile practices, building and maintaining scalable and high-performance services, and improving the reliability of existing services. You will be expected to make data-driven decisions and own the Agile process and Sprint ceremonies, all while fostering a culture of growth and development within your team.
