We are looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to join our Beeswax Ad Serving team. The Ad Serving system is the backbone of the Beeswax platform, listening to billions of ad auctions per day, deciding which of our hundreds of customers should participate, and executing complex bidding strategies to provide optimal results in milliseconds. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of software engineers, providing them with direction, guidance, and opportunities for growth while collaborating with the Beeswax Product Management team to deliver new features to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, experience in the media or advertising industry, and a passion for building and improving software infrastructure.
