We are currently seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to join our Beeswax Ad Serving team. The Ad Serving system is crucial to the Beeswax platform, handling billions of ad auctions daily, determining customer participation, and executing complex bidding strategies in milliseconds. This role involves managing a team of software engineers, collaborating with product management to deliver new features, and providing guidance on technical architecture and engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, particularly in building distributed applications, and will be adept at leading teams to achieve high-quality results while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
