About the position

The Manager, Solutions Engineering at ScriptPro is responsible for overseeing the Solutions Engineering team within Customer Care. This role involves managing team resources to identify, analyze, and resolve software-related issues while ensuring customer satisfaction with ScriptPro's products. The manager will collaborate with various departments, mentor team members, and drive product improvement efforts, making a significant impact on both customer experience and the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Solutions Engineering team members and their associated duties.
• Engage regularly with the Vice President of Product Support to collaborate on team initiatives and provide updates on projects.
• Participate as an escalation team member to drive problem investigations and solutions.
• Monitor team workload and conduct daily standups to review and assign project work.
• Assign team resources to projects and share findings with cross-departmental teams.
• Mentor team members by providing troubleshooting guidance and learning opportunities.
• Function as an escalation point for both during and after-hours issues.
• Collaboratively engage with cross-departmental resources to remediate customer issues.
• Lead meetings, share investigative findings, and organize resources to resolve problems.
• Guide team members in identifying solutions and proposals for product enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role or related work experience.
• Experience with ScriptPro products in a live environment.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and software defect tracking tools.
• Experience with SQL and all ScriptPro hardware and software platforms.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and system security.
• Expert level knowledge of industry best practices and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and creativity skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in pharmacy software solutions.
• Familiarity with robotics in pharmacy settings.
