Responsibilities

• Interface between clients and Deloitte teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Define systems strategy, requirements, design, and prototype technology solutions.
• Lead on and offshore teams and manage project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and review system requirements and design solutions to meet client needs.
• Present prototypes and lead testing of custom technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years' consulting or relevant industry experience in insurance.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Solutions with Guidewire or similar packages.
• 8 years of experience in insurance sub-service areas such as Underwriting, Claims, or Policy Administration.
• Minimum 6 full life cycle implementations of large-scale system delivery experience.
• 3 years' experience estimating and planning large scale system implementations.
• 4 years' experience managing large business integration efforts.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced degree in a technical specialization.
• CPCU, AIC, ARM Certification.
• Guidewire Integration or Configuration certification.
• 6 years' experience with Guidewire Cloud Claims migration.
• Experience delivering via Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong Java, Gosu (Guidewire), EJB, BPEL, UNIX background.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
