About the position

Join the Walmart Health & Wellness Compliance team to support the growth and development of controlled substance compliance. This role involves developing and implementing an effective compliance program for Walmart Controlled Substance Compliance, collaborating with business partners to identify compliance risks, and establishing effective controls and oversight related to those risks.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Walmart CSC compliance program structure and foundation.
• Assist in the identification of short- and long-term compliance program initiatives.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders to secure compliance as a trusted support function.
• Facilitate timely identification of compliance risks and implementation of effective mitigation strategies.
• Identify KPIs and KRIs that measure and monitor potential risk areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
• 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• Significant experience and familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, including state board of pharmacy related requirements and federal controlled substance regulation.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Project Management Certification.
• Supervisory experience.
