About the position

The Manager of Specialty Trade Programs at Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) is responsible for overseeing and managing enhanced business partner data initiatives. This role requires expertise in data integration and export to external business partners, as well as analyzing and interpreting data to enhance outcomes and support trade relations activities. The position involves acting as the primary contact for specialty trade program initiatives, managing contractual matters, and ensuring compliance with reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for all Specialty Trade program initiatives and inquiries from the MHA member-facing sales team.
  • Lead the Specialty Program content during business review discussions with pharmaceutical partners.
  • Oversee continuous contract maintenance, including program modifications and renewals or extensions.
  • Engage with Operations Teams to align on all operational terms and conditions.
  • Ensure that reporting aligns with contractual obligations and monitor adherence to payment terms by business partners.
  • Manage every component of data integration and output for all MHA data initiatives involving pharmaceutical business partners.
  • Utilize internal MHA data processes (Talend) to maximize program efficiency and analyze reports for business partners.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Health Administration or related field.
  • 5-7 years of managerial experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or specialty pharmacy industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in contract management, customer service, operations, and analytics.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, follow-through, and self-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and client-server-based applications.
