About the position

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Manager/Sr. Manager to join our Product Management team in Denver. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the customer experience for small businesses across various platforms, including web and communications. The successful candidate will lead efforts in optimizing product roadmaps and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Design, Sales, Data Analytics, and Marketing, aiming to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and roadmap for the SMB product's customer and partner experience domain
• Manage and guide a product management team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment
• Partner with Growth Marketing, Design, Data, and Member Support teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively
• Drive continuous improvement in product management processes, focusing on customer-centric solutions
• Partner with engineering to help determine the best technical implementation methods to achieve our customer and business objectives

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on customer experience, including at least 3 years of managing Product Managers
• Demonstrated success in product launches and effective management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Innovative, decisive, team-oriented, and customer-focused personality traits
