About the position

The Supplychain Manager/Sr Manager at Tiger Analytics is responsible for delivering innovative analytics solutions to global business teams. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to liaise with technical teams and interact with internal clients, focusing on solving unstructured business problems using data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create documentation of analytics use cases.
• Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
• Helping develop reports and analysis.
• Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
• Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
• Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience in the space of data analytics.
• Experience in working with Supplychain Analytics.
• Strong experience on Pyspark, SQL and/or visualization tools such as PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Ability to understand client’s business problems and work as part of a global team.
• Attention to details and hands-on deep dive analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adhere to Analytics Lifecycle and best practices.
• A strong aptitude for storytelling through the analysis of data.
• Hands-on analytical experience with a proven track record of results.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action; excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex issues simply.
• Bachelor's or higher in data analytics or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Preferred experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
