About the position

As the Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Sales at Angi, you will lead a National Accounts Sales team focused on driving revenue and acquiring new sales within partner networks. This strategic sales leadership role involves managing corporate partnerships and high-revenue accounts while collaborating with various internal teams to achieve business objectives. The position offers high visibility into the company's growth strategy and requires a passionate sales leader who is organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Sales.
  • Direct oversight over National Account Sales representatives, driving revenue sales actions to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Manage performance across multiple KPIs and ensure accountability.
  • Conduct weekly coaching and development sessions to enhance negotiation and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with fellow NAS Managers to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns, sales, and limited-time offers.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Account Management, Strategy and Ops, and Strategic Partnerships teams to launch campaigns and strategize outreach.
  • Work with Sales Ops to maintain targeted call campaigns within existing pipelines.
  • Provide updates and strategize pivots in approach with the Director, NAS Managers, and other teams regarding ongoing campaigns.
  • Travel to attend department events and represent the business at trade shows and partner conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales or Sales Operations experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales Leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional external leadership experience (outside Angi) is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in various telephony systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Looker or comparable data visibility tools preferred.

Benefits

  • OTE: $187-197k ($65k base, $132k variable paid monthly)
