The Manager, Strategic Sourcing Compliance at Veralto is a pivotal role focused on integrating sustainability into global sourcing practices. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, driving ethical sourcing strategies, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration within the organization. The role involves leading sustainability initiatives, managing risk assessments, and enhancing transparency in sustainability reporting, all while contributing to the mission of safeguarding vital resources like clean water.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and collaborate with a diverse team, fostering a culture of inclusivity, professional growth, and collaboration.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks that align with international standards, ensuring ethical conduct and environmental responsibility across the global supply chain.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement proactive strategies to mitigate risks.
- Build relationships across diverse teams, from internal stakeholders to industry associations, while staying at the cutting edge of global sustainability practices and standards.
- Manage Hach's sustainability reporting platforms like EcoVadis, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance in sustainability disclosures.
- Work closely with Trade Compliance and Legal Counsel teams to interpret policies and implement actions that ensure compliance with international regulations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of supply chain experience (preferred)
- Master's degree in business administration or supply chain management (preferred)
- Background in ESG, sustainability, and global compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence change
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
