About the position

As a Manager in Strategy & Transformation with a focus on Organizational Change Management at MorganFranklin Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients through complex transformations. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse set of commercial clients, including Fortune 100 brands and mid-market firms, helping them navigate significant changes such as mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and organizational redesigns. In this role, you will support the growing Organizational Transformation service offering by engaging in initiatives that align with our clients' business strategies. You will develop frameworks for future state organizational design and apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizational culture and performance. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive change and workforce transition plans, identifying key leadership attributes, and developing communication strategies to facilitate effective change management. You will also deliver strategic advice to C-Level executives, helping them maximize the value of their investments and transformations. This includes facilitating client working sessions, conducting current state assessments, and building improvement roadmaps. Your ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients will be crucial, as will your willingness to roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will support business development efforts, engaging in market analysis, client sourcing, and proposal development.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growing Organization Transformation service offering by transforming clients' organizations to align with their business strategies.
  • Develop frameworks for future state organizational design and alignment to client objectives.
  • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change across organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
  • Assist with the preparation of comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change initiatives and leadership.
  • Identify leadership and stakeholder attributes and articulate the importance of leadership in an effective change process.
  • Develop communications strategies to meet internal communication change management goals.
  • Deliver strategic advice and solutions to C-Level executives on obtaining value from major investments and transformations.
  • Facilitate client working sessions, including executive and board level meetings and large group presentations.
  • Contribute to current state assessments of business challenges and build improvement roadmaps.
  • Support business development efforts across all stages, including market analysis, client sourcing, and proposal development.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, HR or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization or relevant industry experience in modernizing functions or redesigning organizational structures.
  • Change management experience using data and insights to enable transformation.
  • Experience in managing major PMO organizations, particularly in a Scrum or Scaled Agile model.
  • Functional experience in Business Transformation, including process optimization (BPR, Six Sigma/Lean), process automation (i.e. RPA), and performance benchmarking.
  • Prior experience working directly with and advising C-Level executives, including presenting complex ideas and facilitating executive workshops.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience providing mentorship and leadership to junior team members.
  • Track record of managing projects and/or workstreams to successful completion.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.

Nice-to-haves
