This position plays a critical role in supporting strategic captures and proposals, managing cost account responsibilities, and overseeing material analysts in support of material budgets. The successful candidate will establish and manage priorities in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, ensuring that all Global Supply Chain (GSC) proposal pricing is adequately reviewed and approved prior to submission. This role requires a thorough understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) criteria, as well as the ability to advise leadership on any issues or risks that may arise. The Manager of Supply Chain will also participate in major proposals and initiatives within Pricing and GSC, including Non-Advocate Review (NAR) and Independent Cost Estimate (ICE) reviews. The position involves developing and communicating risk management plans, making decisions on operational issues, and managing a team of professionals, including mentoring and conducting performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, pricing, and estimating methods, and will be able to implement process improvements across pricing and estimating policies and procedures. This role is not only about managing processes but also about leading a team to achieve Global Supply Chain, Program, and sector objectives while maintaining compliance during all stages of the proposal and acquisition processes. The position requires the ability to travel as needed, up to 10% of the time, and offers a competitive salary range of $142,000 to $213,000, along with comprehensive benefits.
