The Manager of Supply Chain Improvement & Business Process Adoption will lead and manage the supply chain transformation process through effective change management and the embedding of business improvement principles. This role is pivotal in analyzing and improving supply chain operations, managing ideas, and providing coaching to ensure that best practices are adopted across the organization. The successful candidate will develop, manage, and report on a collaboratively agreed supply chain transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. In this position, the manager will oversee supply chain transformation projects, working closely with regional improvement specialists to drive maturity and value in the delivery of key supply chain optimization initiatives. The role requires the ability to produce high-quality reports that provide meaningful insights for senior management, including General Managers, Vice Presidents, and Executive Committees. The manager will collaborate with regional leads and technical experts to apply analytical tools and techniques for ongoing business process analysis and re-engineering, aiming for significant improvements in quality, efficiency, throughput, and flexibility. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the manager will act as a custodian and technical advisor of the business improvement principles framework. This includes analyzing work management data and ensuring that business improvement processes and systems are well understood and effectively delivered. The manager will lead business optimization workshops, ensuring maximum contribution and buy-in from team members, and will maintain effective working relationships with consultants, technical and operational heads, and regional leads. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for rolling out policies, processes, and controls for the supply chain function at both regional and site levels, working closely with the supply chain governance and compliance lead to ensure adherence to SOX controls and other compliance requirements.
