About the position

The Manager, Supply Chain Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain operations at Sinai Corporate Peri-Op Services. This role includes managing inventory, supply replenishment, and distribution, while driving initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives. The manager will work closely with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, ensuring fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Sinai Supply Chain Operations, including inventory management and supply replenishment.
  • Drive initiatives that incorporate a system-wide vision and achieve stated objectives.
  • Promote the value proposition of the Supply Chain organization to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and set continuous improvement goals.
  • Develop and implement inventory management processes and monitor inventory activity.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental budgets and fiscal performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in the Supply Chain field, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent teamwork, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
