We are a Chicago-based technology startup that is leading a new way forward for prescription care. We're rethinking the pharmaceutical supply chain, introducing AI-driven marketplaces that drive down costs, and new consumer tools that guide decisions on care. Led by a team of industry experts, we're fixing the high costs and broken experiences that define our pharmaceutical supply chain. We believe that better pricing, more information, and smarter tools can lower costs, empower consumers, and help payers take control of their pharmacy benefits. The technology we're building is the start of a new way of working together - making better outcomes possible for all. The Mission of the Manager, Supply Chain Relations is to establish and operate a structured process for effective engagement between Waltz and its supply chain partners, which include discount card operators and specialty pharmacies. The scope of work will include leading all partner engagement once a contract is signed, from onboarding to troubleshooting. Functions covered with partners will include data feeds, claims operations, clinical issues, and billing/accounting. Success will require strong relationship management skills including diligent coordination across multiple partners and several functional SMEs at Waltz. The Manager will step into existing relationships and be asked to standardize our approach, then drive compliance and performance to those goals. Key metrics include: % compliance to Waltz standards, pricing accuracy, response times, troubleshooting days, and partner retention. You will be the primary contact at Waltz Health for our supply chain partners after a contract is signed, responsible for managing the communication flow, priorities, and subject expert involvement. You will track the flow of communication and status of priorities with each partner, providing easy visibility for the head of Supply Chain. You will set standards for structured and efficient engagement between Waltz and supply chain partners, lead onboarding for new partners, engaging internal functional experts in supply chain, data analytics, operations, and finance. You will facilitate troubleshooting of issues as they come up, engaging experts as needed, and ensure accurate billing. Later, you will support the periodic partner review process in partnership with the Supply Chain head.
