The Manager, Supply Chain Systems will be responsible for supporting the global implementation of a new ERP system (SAP HANA), helping to translate business and manufacturing needs to framework experts. In this role, the incumbent will be a key player to a global team well after implementation is complete to ensure business continuity and process upkeep. Responsibilities

  • Understand complex processes and be able to translate to ERP architecture.
  • Supply Chain Process Mapping and improvement opportunities identification.
  • Strategic thinking to support standardized processes across a complex web of multiple countries and ERP platforms.
  • Experience in Warehousing, Transportation, Logistics, Inventory Management, Trade and compliance areas.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organization needs.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time through the discovery phase of the implementation and up to 75% during implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Supply chain or Engineering.
  • 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management/ relevant Supply Chain systems roles, related to warehousing and logistics.
  • Demonstrated experience in 3/4PL, Warehouse Management, and International Logistics, Trade and Compliance, with a team based mindset.
  • Preferred to have extensive ERP experience (SAP, Oracle), participated in prior ERP implementations.
